South Africa/Botswana: Intermediate to experienced riders

Our tour was such a success we are again offering it again. South Africa: 2 nights at Horizon Ranch, 3 nights at Jembisa Lodge in the Waterberg, South Africa, and 3 nights in the Tuli block of Botswana. Ride and gallop with the game use the Cross Country Course, play Polo Crosse, Barrel Race, or help Muster Cattle. Riding to suit your interest and abilities.

Accommodations: Lodge/Ronda Val, 3 meals daily with wine included at dinner, all riding, on very good horses, Thoroughbred or Quarter horses with some South African crosses. Okavango, Botswana Horse Safari: For experienced, fit riders only

A fantastic experience 6 nights, 7 days riding 5 to 6 hours daily, some at fast pace across the magical Okavango, some thru water in the wet season. Expect long canters, and gallops. Horses are beautifully trained Thoroughbreds, and Thoroughbred/ Arabian cross. As a friend of mine who is very particular about her horses said “there was not one you would not want to take home” English and some stock saddles. The experienced staff is excellent at finding the perfect fit of rider and horse.

Accommodation is in classic Safari style tents with en suite baths, hot and cold running water and flush loos all have decks looking out onto the plain. Argentina: 7 night, 9 day tour

Accommodation and activities: Our base will be the Estancia los Potreros ranch. A 6000 acre working cattle ranch that has been in the family for 4 generations. Two Rides daily on well trained Criollas or Paso Peruanos with some cross breeds. English tack with sheepskins over British army saddles, the riding is western.

Ride across the beautiful Argentine countryside returning to the comfortable Hacienda each night. One long distance ride with a camp out, one day country polo.

Full board, including activities listed above, drinks including wine, beer and spirits, transfers round trip from Cordoba
